If you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Care immediately using the same email you used to place your order.

Refer to your order number when detailing the differences between the item you ordered and the item you received.

 

We WILL cover the full cost of the exchange if a mistake was made on our behalf.

On no! Is your item damaged?

Our high quality standards make these type of occurrences very rare. However, there are off days. We MIGHT be able to cover the full cost of the exchange if our team determines the damages were done at our facility. 

For the best guarantee, we suggest that you document (pictures or videos) when you unpack your order. Claims made within the first 24 hours of receiving a package have a higher chance of receiving full coverage of the exchange cost. To keep the same probability after 24 hours, a recording of the unpacking is needed.

How to Exchange an Order

Please accept our apology. We're sorry.

If you're reading this, we either sent you the wrong order or a damaged item. To make the exchange easier for everyone, please read the following information:

  1. If you haven't already contacted Customer Care using the same email you used to place your order, please do so now. Refer to your order number when detailing: (a) the differences between the item you ordered and the item you received OR (b) the factory damage to your items.
  2. We will inform you of the costs you might need to pay for the exchange and wait for your confirmation before continuing. Don't worry, chances are that the cost is on us.
  3. Once costs are covered, we will send you a shipping label. For faster results, you may opt to receive a digital label to print yourself. The replacement item will be sent when either of the following conditions are met:
    • We receive your item. OR
    • (a) We receive a recording of you packing and sealing your returned item and (b) the package is picked up by the carrier.

All sales are final. 

Return At Your Own Risk

In case of an extremely rare circumstance,

You might have to return an order for some reason. We will create no fuss and process a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The order was made online.
  2. You agree to pay 10% of your invoice total for restocking fees. It will be deducted from your refund.
  3. The shipment is unopened. If it's opened, all its original contents, including the invoice, must be returned. (Allow more time for processing opened shipments.)
  4. You pay for shipping using any traceable shipping method. Please retain the return tracking number for your records and mail it to Customer Care. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
  5. We receive your return no later than 14 days after you received it first at:

The time it takes:

  • Returns require 10-12 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be given within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise after our team determines all requirements are met.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

    Products are intended for retail customers ("end user") only. For wholesale or redistribution information please contact our Kingsmen Associates. The resale of any products purchased from KINGS BRED without prior express written consent, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. 

    To enforce this policy, quantity limits are applied to products and product styles for certain time periods at our sole discretion. Circumstances vary from to case to case.

    KINGS BRED has the right to refuse to sell any products to any person that they believe, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.
